Will this make my website legally compliant?
No service can guarantee that. Compliance depends on how your business collects and uses data. We set up the tools, keep your policies current and show you what to fix, working alongside your lawyer. Nothing we provide is legal advice.
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to my business?
Since 28 June 2025, the EAA covers many products and services sold to consumers in the EU, including e-commerce, banking and passenger transport services. Micro-enterprises providing services (fewer than 10 employees and no more than €2 million in annual turnover or balance sheet) are exempt. Ask your lawyer to confirm how it applies to you.
Do you install an accessibility overlay or widget?
No. Overlays don't make a site compliant, and regulators have fined vendors who claimed they do. We find the real issues in your code and content and tell you exactly how to fix them.
Which consent platform do you use?
We set up a Google-certified consent platform that supports Google Consent Mode v2 and the IAB TCF, or we can work with the one you already use.
Who fixes the accessibility issues you find?
Your web team, using our fix list, or us: our Accessibility Fixes add-on ($397) covers up to 15 issues on Webflow or WordPress sites, and fixes are included in our website builds.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.
