Which referral platform do you use?
We recommend the platform that fits your website, store or CRM and set it up in your name, so the program and its data stay yours.
What does the setup fee cover?
Designing the program (rewards, rules and fraud checks), building the referral pages and emails, and connecting the platform to your website, store or CRM.
Who pays for the rewards?
You do. We help you set a reward budget that pays for itself, such as a discount for both the customer and the friend they refer.
How do you prevent fraud?
We set rules such as self-referral checks, minimum order values and approval before rewards are paid, and we review suspicious referrals every month.
How long do you keep participant data?
Only as long as the program needs it. We agree a retention period with you at setup, in line with the GDPR's storage limitation principle.
Can I cancel?
Yes. After setup, plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.
