What do you need from me to start?
Owner or manager access to your Google Business Profile, a list of your services and the areas you serve, and a few photos of your business, team or work.
How soon do you start?
We contact you right after you order and hold the kickoff call within 3 business days.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee Google rankings. We commit to the work: a complete, active profile, quick replies to reviews and a real-time dashboard that shows where you rank.
How do you help us get more reviews?
We give you a review link and message templates so you can ask every customer the same way. We never filter customers or offer rewards for reviews; both break Google's policies.
Do you cover more than one location?
Each plan covers one business location. For each extra location, our Location Setup add-on ($197) sets up its Google Business Profile, and we quote its monthly management.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee.
