How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds at each stage: script, storyboard, style frames and animation. Extra rounds, or changes to a stage you've already approved, are quoted separately.
Can I get my video sooner?
Yes. Add our Rush Delivery add-on ($397) and we cut the timeline by about a third, as long as your feedback arrives on time.
Who owns the video?
You do. Once the project is paid, you get full rights to use the final video anywhere. Music and voiceover are licensed for your use, and we share the license terms with you.
Do you film live action?
No. We make animated videos only, in 2D animation or 3D motion graphics, with no filming or on-camera presenters.
What files will I receive?
A Full HD MP4 of your video with a captions file, plus a vertical cut for social media in the 60-second packages. Other formats are available on request.
What do you need from me?
A 45-minute briefing call, your logo and brand guidelines, and feedback within 3 business days at each stage.
What if I already have a script?
Send it with your order. We'll adapt it for animation, which can shorten the script stage.
